NO PURCHASE OR FEE IS REQUIRED TO PLAY. There is one drawing each week on Saturday evenings. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these rules at any time. Please check this page often for changes. HOW TO PLAY:
1. Register at http://www.ipokerlotto.com. You will be asked to provide your full name, address, email address, along with other questions and a password. You are responsible for keeping this information updated if it changes. Your personal information is never sold, or given to anyone.

2. Once you are registered you may log in using your email address. If you do not have an email address, you may obtain one without charge from service providers such as Hotmail and Yahoo.

3. You may register only once. Any person who has used more than one email address to play during a drawing period will be deemed ineligible and all entries will be void for that drawing period.

4. No more than one person may participate using the same e-mail address.

5. If you forget your password, click on "Send me my password" and an email with your password will be sent to the email address on file.

6. By registering, you will be agreeing to receive email for each entry you make.

7. After you register, you are allowed to play 3 times per day.

8. Pick 6 numbers between (one) 1 and (forty-nine) 49 with no duplication of numbers. You can click on each of the 6 numbers you want to enter or click on "Quick Pix" to have the game randomly pick the numbers for you.

9. After you have made your selections, click on one of the sponsor banners to record your entry. You will be automatically transferred to an advertiser’s page and a confirmation pop-up window will appear.

10. After your play has been recorded, you will be given the opportunity to play again up to 3 times by clicking on the link in the pop-up window.

11. Come back tomorrow and play again.

HOW TO WIN:
This promotion will begin March 6, 2006 and continue until further notice. The entry period for each drawing is 6:01 PM EST Saturday through 6:00 PM EST Saturday each week. Cut off time for entries is 6:00 PM EST each Saturday. Any entries after this time will be included in the following week's drawing. Drawing for this promotion occurs each Saturday. Non-winning entries for any week will be discarded and will not be carried forward to subsequent drawings.

The Prize Determination Numbers will be the numbers drawn by the Canadian 6/49 Lottery on Saturday evening at 11:00 PM EST. ipokerlotto.com is in no way affiliated with the Canadian 6/49 Lottery. We only use their drawing to obtain the winning numbers and to ensure a fair drawing.

TELL-A-FRIEND
Any time a player wins and included another registered person's email address as the person referring them when they register, the referring person will win $5. The referring person's email address must be submitted at the time a player first registers at ipokerlotto.com. If there is no referring email address on a winner's profile, there will not be a referring win paid. Once a player has registered, the referring information field cannot be changed or modified. A referrer does not have to actively play but they must be registered before they can be credited with any referrals.

RESTRICTIONS:
ipokerlotto.com's free Internet contest promotion is open to US residents only 18 years of age or older who have the capacity to enter into valid contracts in their jurisdiction of residence and NOT for residents where it is prohibited by law. Employees of ipokerlotto.com, affiliates, its underwriter, sponsors, and agents and household family members of each are ineligible to participate and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. (Household family members consist of husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, or children.) This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

Any entries found to be submitted by any automated means or automated service will be disqualified. Any previously disqualified winner is not eligible to win. Anyone found to be in violation of these official rules or abusing any aspect of any promotion by ipokerlotto.com will be automatically disqualified and any winnings will be forfeited.

PRIZES FOR WEEKLY LOTTO:
GRAND PRIZE: One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars. (Match all 6 numbers) In the event that more than one entry contains all of the winning numbers, the Grand Prize will be divided evenly among the correct entries. The Grand Prize will be paid in one full lump sum.

SECOND PRIZE: $100 payable in one lump sum to each winner. (Match 5 out of 6 numbers)

THIRD PRIZE: $5 payable in one lump sum to each winner. (Match 4 out of 6 numbers)

REFERRAL WINS: $5 payable in one lump sum to the referrer of the grand prize winner, second prize winner or third prize winner. No prizes will be awarded if there is no referring email address in a winner's profile. Referrers can win unlimited times in any drawing period.

You may only win once per drawing period. If your email address has more than one winning entry in any drawing period, only one prize for the ticket with the most correct numbers will be awarded for that drawing period.

Prizes will be paid within sixty (60) days of notification of winning unless payment is delayed regarding investigation of the winner's claim as conducted by ipokerlotto.com or its underwriter.

All prizes awarded in this promotion are expressed and paid in U.S. dollars. Prizes not won or claimed for any contest period will not be awarded. Prizes won by minors or anyone not qualified to play are null and void. Prizes will be awarded only upon satisfactory verification of eligibility requirements. Odds of winning the Grand Prize: 1 in 13,983,816. Odds in winning the Second Prize: 1 in 55,491. Odds in winning the Third Prize: 1 in 1032. Odds in winning the Fourth Prize: 1 in 57. (All odds are approximate and taken from public sources)

All prizes will be awarded upon winner validation by ipokerlotto.com and its underwriter, which reserves the right to investigate any winner or claim and to withhold payment of any prize pending completion of any such investigation. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of any prize is permitted.

Winners will be notified by email or US Postal Mail and will have 30 days to claim his/her prize by completing, signing and returning to ipokerlotto.com the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit and Releases timely and as required, or if the Prize Notification or the prize is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for ipokerlotto.com and Sponsors and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless ipokerlotto.com, its underwriter, sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. The potential winner(s) may be asked to provide ipokerlotto.com with acceptable proof that he/she is the authorized account subscriber of the email address associated with the potential winning entry and that he/she is the individual who submitted the entry.

TAXES:
Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Winners must provide any required information necessary to satisfy tax authorities prior to the awarding of prizes.

LIST OF WINNERS:
The official winning results from the previous drawing period will be posted on the "Winning Numbers" page at the later of 72 hours of the drawing or confirmation of winners. Confirmation of winners may be delayed due to investigation of claim

Winner agrees to allow ipokerlotto.com to post their name, city and state and photograph on its web site and in other advertising to promote ipokerlotto.com without any additional compensation. Winner agrees to cooperate with ipokerlotto.com, its underwriter, attorneys, accountants or any other agent deemed necessary to confirm or investigate a winning claim. Upon receipt of proof of winning the grand prize claim, the underwriter may, at its discretion, conduct a reasonable investigation which may or may not include polygraph examinations by a licensed (where applicable) American Polygraph Association member polygrapher selected by the underwriter. Each person whose examination is requested by the underwriter must pass his polygraph examination as judged by the examiner administering the test as a condition to the underwriter's and ipokerlotto.com's obligation to pay a claim.

No responsibility is assumed by ipokerlotto.com, its underwriter, advertisers, affiliates or sponsors for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, effects of hackers, or any computer or telephone line transmissions, failed telephone or technical malfunctions, computer or network hardware or software failures or errors, technical, mechanical, electronic or digital failure of any kind or jumbled, garbled, scrambled, lost, unintelligible, delayed, interrupted, misrouted or misdirected transmissions, web site, Internet, Internet Service Provider or phone line access or unavailability, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic that may occur. ipokerlotto.com, its underwriter, advertisers, affiliates or sponsors, are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion will be disqualified. If disqualified for any reason for any of the above abuses, ipokerlotto.com reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate.
